All the arrangements worked really well. Transport to and from hotel was very good. Only slight hiccup was tipping the caddies at Black Mountain. Caddies fee is 350 baht. We thought a tip of 200 baht for pretty good service was about right. The senior caddie was indignant and virtually demanded the 'standard' tip of 400 baht for all caddies. We were unaware of this 'standard'. The higher cost was not material to us. Before we played Banyan we enquired about the 'standard' tip there and was advised 300 baht was normal. Our caddies were happy with this tip. It would be helpful to know of caddies expectations before playing these courses. That doesn't preclude paying a higher or lower amount. We have now played both courses on 4 occasions and love them. We took our own clubs because of bad experiences previously with the quality of hire clubs
