I could definitely enjoy it as planned. The course is also wonderful. I'd like to request next time as well.

Booked golf in Hua Hin with Golfsavers and found booking very easy to do. Got all documents by mail in good time before transfer and golf. Had a problem at Sea Pine golfcourse where they couldn´t find reservation, but as I also had all bookings availible on email it finally was OK. Second booking at Black Mountain worked out perfectly, thank you! I will definately use your booking possibility again

Booked our golf trip from 3 to 8 Oct 2018 for 8 pax to Hua Hin & Bangkok which consist of golf, hotel, transportation and a Hua Hin By Night tour (can give this tour a miss). Overall experience with GolfSavers from the start till the last day is good except for a minor issue for transportation on our 3rd round of golf at Nikanti. Our tee off timing at Nikanti is 12.30pm but the driver pick us up from the hotel as early as 8am. The trip to Nikanti takes about one and half hour as such we reached the golf course very early. We had our breakfast & lunch at the clubhouse which is inclusive. We had our tee time according to schedule and finished off at 6.00pm with some delay due to the rain. The driver pick us up at 7.00pm and we reached our hotel at 8.30pm. After alighting from the van, the driver told us that we have to pay extra 600 baht for overtime which I was quite taken a back. He told us the transport booking supposed to stop at 4pm with a working time of 8 hours, anytime after that was considered as extra time which we need to pay. The issue that I like to highlight is that shouldn’t the price of the transport be covered throughout the whole day trip. I believe when Golfsaver quoted us for the price, you should have already workout the time of travel (entire trip) and golf game (which is around 4.5~6.5hrs) before quoting me the price. We started our game at 12.30pm, so will finish estimated around 5~6pm. However, the transport stopped at 4.00pm as what was claimed by the driver that I find it don’t make sense at all. As the amount was not a lot, we paid up without making a fuss over this. But overall response from GolfSavers are immediate and without any glitch in their arrangement. I will book my future trips with GolfSavers and hope your transport timing arrangement can improve.

+ve 1) Transparent and detailed itemised quote. 2) Prompt, accurate and good english responses to queries and request for clarifications. Appreciated help extended to request change of HH hotel booking due Royal Ratchaburi GC being unavaible thus necessitating change of itinerary 3) Flexibility to accomodate club reciprocal arrangements 3) Punctual and generally seamless transfers -ve 1) Significant increase in green fees (of Black Mountain GC) 2 days before pkg confirmation. An accompanying explanation would help to allay suspicion of opportunistic increment 2) Option to include caddy and cart fees in package 3) Would appreciate a more straightforward access to the golf and transfer itinerary and for forwarding to fellow travellers in the group 4) A dedicated transfer driver would improve transfer experience. Contracted dinner stopover for HH-BKK Transfer was not communicated to the drivers needing time and effort to sort out. In summary, overall a good experience. Would definitely consider using Golfsavers again and recommend to friends

Very helpful staff especially with a couple of changes to itinerary. Would suggest adding at least 30 mins to estimated journey times to courses around Bangkok as traffic very bad.

Recently used Golfsavers to book some golf in Dubai. The booking process was very straightforward and I got a reminder a couple of days before we were due to play. On the day, everything was as we booked, helping to make it a very pleasant trip.
